In fact, he had 133,000 of them, five times the number required by law.

Supreme Court to decide Emanuel’s case

SPRINGFIELD  –  The Illinois Supreme Court will hear Rahm Emanuel's case, but they won't hear from him.  The high court agreed Tuesday to an expedited appeal for Emanuel.  His run is being challenged on grounds that he doesnot meet residency requirements.
